nice room size included facilities excessive deposit impolite staff
the rooms size was nice with all the facilities i needed.
the deposit of £100 felt excessive. i think charging for potential damage when i've already paid for the room isn't right. when i asked the staff about it, one of them become impolite and lost all customer service skills.
